What do I get for free?
A free account gives you dashboard access with 6-month-delayed WARN data across all 17 covered states. You won't receive any email alerts on the free tier — those require a Basic or Enterprise subscription.
How does the Basic trial work?
When you start a Basic subscription, your first 30 days are free — no charge. After that it's $2/month. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
What does '3 months delayed' mean?
Basic users see WARN notices filed more than 3 months ago on the dashboard. You still get email alerts in real-time the moment a notice is filed for your company. Enterprise users see everything live.
What are the email alerts?
Basic and Enterprise users get an email the moment we detect a WARN notice matching a company they're watching. Basic includes 1 company; add more at $1/month each (up to 5 total). Enterprise is unlimited.
What is a 'direct filing link'?
Many states publish the actual WARN notice PDF. Enterprise users get a direct link to download or view that official document. Free and Basic users see only the summary data we extracted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied, contact us at hello@layofflookout.com within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it.
